Q: How much does your service cost?
A: We are extremely competitive with our pricing structure to provide owners and Property Managers value for the dollar. We do this by maintaining high standards of quality because we know that your customers first impression of your business is the cleanliness of the parking lot and grounds that surround your front door. We understand how important “curb appeal” is to our customers and yours.
Q: Why should I use a Parking Lot Sweeper versus a Landscaper who picks up trash?
A: Landscapers are great for maintaining the grounds. Where they come up short is this: Landscapers that care for parking lots will pick up trash by hand or use blowers to blow the trash in a corner and then pick it up. The problem is with the fine dirt and gravel they don’t pick up. After time, when these material are left in the parking lot it will deteriorate the asphalt and slurry coat by cars traveling over it. Our sweeper vacuum trucks take care of this! The other issue with landscapers is they are usually on site one day per week. Superior Sweeping will provide services based on your needs which are most commonly based on the amount of traffic at the property. A large retail center will require service 7 days a week while an office building may only require services once or twice per week. We are available to assist you in determining these needs based on our 41 years of experience.
Q: Do your pressure washers comply with “Best Management Practices” by reclaiming waste water?
A: Yes, we have a pressure washing unit that recaptures and filters waste water so that we can recycle that water on site and not send contaminated water into the storm system.
Q: How can I get a bid for service?
